This is our first time making an English Mild and we named it after one of our owner’s father. This style is lower in alcohol and was the typical pub beer for the working class in England. Clocking in at 4.8% McKeever’s Mild is ruby red in color and has earthy, malty, estery, and toasted caramel flavors and aromas. We used our English ale yeast, English malts and American hops.
